SIMONSON JAZZ DANCE
Open to all levels this technique teaches you how to stretch and strengthen the body through a series of warm-up exercises followed by a dance combination that increases in difficulty as you gain confidence. You will learn names for dance positions, the specific muscles worked on in each exercise and develop an awareness of body alignment as you move through space. The class offerscreative expression within a safe and supportive environment.
